Zakład Pedeutologii

Zakład Pedeutologii prowadzi badania w zakresie wiedzy szkolnej uczniów, skuteczności dydaktycznej strategii kształcenia wyprzedzającego, myślenia nauczycieli, społecznych uwarunkowań profesji pedagogicznych i nauczycielskich takich jak: komunikacja z wychowankiem, tożsamość oraz status zawodowy pedagoga, metody doskonalenia zawodowego z wykorzystaniem samoobserwacji, rodzaje wiedzy oraz kompetencje nauczycieli. Pracownicy Zakładu zaangażowani są w liczne projekty i innowacje edukacyjne, współpracując w tym zakresie m. in. z Poznańskim Centrum Superkomputerowo-Sieciowym, Wyższą Szkołą Biznesu w Dąbrowie Górniczej, Gminą Barcin, Kuratorium Oświaty w Poznaniu.

Research on school knowledge of students, the effectiveness of the didactic strategy of pre-education, teachers' thinking, social conditions of pedagogical and such teaching professions as: communication with the student, identity and professional status of a pedagogue, methods of professional development with the use of self-observation, types of knowledge and competences of teachers. The employees of the Department are involved in numerous projects and educational innovations, cooperating with the Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center, WSB University in Dąbrowa Górnicza, the local authorities of Barcin, and the Board of Education in Poznań.
