VOICEKIDS: Inspiring Children's Vocal Inclusion (Erasmus+ 2024-1-IT02-KA220-SCH-000257353)
We are proud to share that Dr. Anna Rybińska and Dr. Anna Mańkowska, representatives of the Polish team from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, participated in the first international meeting of the VoiceKids: Inspiring Children's Vocal Inclusion project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme.
The meeting took place in Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia, bringing together partners from five countries: North Macedonia, Malta, Cyprus, Italy, and Poland.
During the sessions, participants focused on key aspects of the project, including the development of an innovative mobile application for children using TTS (Text-to-Speech), AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and storytelling tools. These technologies aim to foster children's communication and self-expression, particularly for those with special educational needs.
The meeting was also an opportunity to exchange knowledge, define areas of cooperation, and establish the next steps for the project's implementation.
The VoiceKids project marks an important move toward more accessible and inclusive education across Europe.
