On May 7, 2025, the Faculty of Educational Studies at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań had the pleasure of hosting Professor Małgorzata Klatt from the University of Melbourne.
As part of the visit, a seminar entitled “Writing and Publishing in Academic Journals” was held. During the session, participants had the opportunity to learn from Professor Klatt’s experience in writing and publishing scholarly articles – from selecting a journal, preparing a manuscript, to responding to peer reviews.
The event was organized at the initiative of the Dean of the Faculty of Educational Studies, Prof. Waldemar Segiet; the Director of the Doctoral School of Social Sciences, Prof. Radosław Fiedler; and the Vice-Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Sylwia Jaskulska. It was dedicated to PhD students of the Doctoral School, their supervisors, and all those interested in disseminating research findings.
The seminar provided not only valuable insights but also inspiration for future collaboration. Further joint initiatives with Prof. Klatt are already being planned.
